Can chickens carry specifically pinworms??

I keep getting infected with pinworms, i do not own chickens but I receive eggs from my friend who also visits me often, I am trying to find the source of my pinworms and need to know if my friends chickens could possibly carry them. Also if I need to tell my friend to treat her chickens for pinworm just incase I infected her and her chickens. Please help!!!
 
The type of pinworms that humans get are not from animals. It’s human to human spread.
Pinworms are far more common in children than adults.
If you’re having trouble getting rid of them, do some research on how it is spread. That should clear it up.
 
Have you had the pinworms diagnosed by a doctor from a pinworm test? They are transmitted through fecal-oral route from an infected person. In adults, that could include a care giver for an infected person. Here is some reading anout symptoms ams how it is spread:
