can chickens drink moonshine???

Your asking the question is 80 proof positive that you have some 200 proof moonshine hidden somewhere. Far be it from me to report you to the Internal Revenue Service... especially if you box it all up and send it to me. If you don't have at least a quart, send me the name and address of your supplier, and we'll call it even.

I do know that you never want to get a horse drunk. Mine got into the grain room, popped a lid on a barrel that had fermented pellets and he ate and ate and ate. Then stumbled around for several hours. At first I didn't know what was wrong. I thought he was colic and called the vet out. How embarrassing to find out your horse is drunk.

A chicken????? It wont hurt ya if it falls on ya.

But like other posters mentioned, Why waste it on a chicken?

They do use peroxide to get it out ..But then have to follow up with Activated Charcoal and an IV of Vodka.. Just dont want folks thinking they can save an animal from Antifreeze poisining at home... Its a terrible ordeal...

No I didn't mean it like that. I still took him to the vet. And in 'my' caseI had done enough. The vet tested him and he needed nothing further. Luckily... Depends on how much they drink. It could save someone elses dog on the way to the vet though!!
