Rule of Thumb: Anything you can eat, they can eat.

Onions and garlic give them funny tasting eggs, so you gotta watch that. Potatoe eyes seem to have some sort of issue, but there again... would you eat them?

Mine LOVE bananas. I peel them and put them in a suet cage feeder. It takes them longer to eat --- giving them something to do during the long winter.
