sorry still learning the site, anyway we feed our chickens a variety of organic vegetables most of what you mentioned from our garden also organic but that's good to know thanks for the info.

thanks it's good to be here hoping to learn a lotWell, more accurately it is because their diet is rich in carotenoids --- which can be accomplished whether they are free range organic birds or not.

Ok, I know this is a VERY old thread, but I just wanted to say that cinnamon is amazing for respiratory health in chickensI want to give them some of the oatmeal I had leftover for breakfast, but it has cinnamon in it. Is it okay for them to eat it?
