Can chickens eat these? And how much and how often can I give it to them?

I have barley, what bran, rolled oats, and boss (black oil sunflower seeds). Can my chickens eat all of these? How often? And in what manner (dry, mixed, free choice, fermented)? I also buy my chickens the proper chicken feed. I have both free range birds and birds in pens.

The rolled oats are great for a baby chicks first meal at about 23 or 24 days after incubation first began or 3 days post hatching. Give you adult birds their regular or proper chicken ration but supplement it with the other dry feeds. Good luck.

Thank you! So they can have the wheat bran then too? I was worried I had bought something I wouldn't be able to use.
