he is big, so it will be harder for him to get up on her, especially if she fights him.
Id keep an eye out for torn skin on her back, or limping. Maybe a chicken saddle would be a good investment?

the cornish crosses are usually very heavy, and cannot breed naturally. they are hybrids from specialized parent stock.

it will be hard for him to breed because of his size, so you may or may not get chicks. about 50% would be naked neck, probly buff/white in color

I have adult broilers and they breed. When they cross with regular size chickens, you get chickens that are halfway in between. At least I do. They are bigger than the regular chickens but smaller than the broilers. But they sure are good eating. I butcher the crosses when they are about 3 months old and they are nice and big with a big breast, but not quite so broad as the pure broilers.
