I only have one egg left in the incubator (a double yolk) I have concerned that it will not hatch correctly because of the 2 yolks. Is it still possible for this egg to hatch??

Yes, it is possible. Several people (including a handful a BYC’ers) have done it. But the chance is very slim due to the fact that most of the time only 1 embryo develops full-term and the other doesn’t. Sometimes they both start to develop but space and nutrition is limited. So easy answer is actually yes it could but don’t be too terribly disappointed if it doesn’t make it. I’d say try to handle it as least as you can to avoid shaking them up too much.

Good answer, but have you ever seen twins hatch? Not that that is what OP was asking about, but it is where my mind went.

Personally I’ve never tried it. The one double yolker that I did have didn’t make it far at all, possibly due to a power outage. I’ve never tried it again :)
