Can ducklings have super booster (vitamins with penicllin g potassium and streptomycin sulfate) ? Or what would you give? Vitamins and electrolytes without any antibiotics?

There are no symptoms. They just hatched today. Hatcheries around here recommend giving Super Booster to chickens and turkeys for the first 5-7 days and didn't know if it was safe for ducklings.
No, I wouldn't, not the antibiotics. Ducks tend to have far fewer diseases than chickens, from what I have read.
Some gro-gel during the first week would be good, or a vitamin-electrolyte-probiotic mix in their water once a week.
And if all you have to feed them is chick starter, then I'd add some niacin, up to 100 mg per gallon in their water. Plain niacin, not the no-flush or other kind. Open a capsule and stir it into the water.
