Yes, ducks can be trained to go in a chicken coop. Mine go in every night and sleep on the floor under the nesting boxes. The chicken roosts are above the nesting boxes.
They need a longer ramp than chickens, ducks aren't very good at jumping up on to things. It also took a couple of weeks before they figured out where and how to go to bed.
