Hi, I had a friend who lost power for 4 days last year when it was cold. She thought that her eggs in the bator weren't going to hatch after that long with no heat, but a good portion of them did. So, my guess is that they were already developing when they were shipped to you and managed to make it despite the PO and the cool temps. Good luck.
