Can Elizabeth ducks fly?

I'm getting a pair of Elizabeth ducks soon and was wondering if they could fly and if they could if they would fly far away if I don't clip their wings? Thanks

Looks like their flying ability is poor, but they are a light weight duck. I would keep an eye on them to see if they can get more than a few feet off the ground. I don't think you will need to have to worry about them migrating.

Elizabeth’s can fly even though they are a heavy bantam duck. I read in one of my duck books about that this person had one and it flew away. They are also apparently very flighty and skittish ducks. They are very rare as well.
