Can hens have stds

I’ve only ever been able to keep this one rooster alive but he has been in my flock for like 3 years, every time I get another rooster it dies but the hens don’t, all I can think of is that they have stds and when they get mated with they give them to the rooster.
 
Yes, there are avian viruses that are sexually transmitted during mating. But they are also transmitted through the air and dander and dust and feces.

It is possible for hens that carry one of these viruses to be resistant to the disease and still transmit it to a new chicken being introduced into a flock that carries the virus. Since the new bird is not resistant, they can become symptomatic after being infected and die.
