Can I collect sperm from my rooster???

I have a white bearded silkie rooster and a splash silkie hen I know what the chicks are gonna look like. The hen is 1 year old and 5 months

that's her. My rooster is 1 years old and 8 months

every time he try's to mate with her his tube can go through the fluff and I don't want to shave her butt. So I thought I could collect sperm and inject into the hen. But I forgot how to do that can you tell me how. I already have something that sucks up the sperm.
