Creating a flock of autosexing backyard specials have always been my wish. They will be using the 4 chicken breeds that I have on my wish list, speckled sussex, swedish flower, leghorns and legbars. I want to create a breed that lays 300 huge blue eggs give or take a year, It must also have a speckled pattern and a flying ability to match. Finally, it must be a little flighty and the roos must be aggressive to anything BUT people. Is this possible?

No. Adding one trait to a breed is often at least a 2 year issue, but far more often more that. You're wanting to make a new breed with several specific and complicated traits, not to mention certain Attitudes, which are even harder

Hmmm........... Maybe I should just try to improve my local breeds which have already adapted to the conditions here, I think this is definitely more reasonable.
