Can i feed them oranges?

I can get a buch of left over citrus from our FFA citurus sale. On the treat list it says no citrus, but i thought you were supposed to feed them an orage when shipping them. What do you think? Does no citrus mean lemons and limes or does it include oranges too?

NO, big no-no. NOT for chickens.

A better use would be to make citrus smoothies for humans, yum yum!

save the oranges for the mealworm/redworm farm. I have given mine water mellon, apple, carrots, lettuce, noodles, honeydue, green beans, peas, cucumber, popcorn, rice cakes, bread, bagles, left over eggs/shells.. No problems.
