Can I feed worms to two week old chicks

Gape worms are not that common. I personally am not at all concerned about my chickens eating any worms or insects they happen to find. It's all good protein. If they happen to get an unusually high parasite load, you can always worm them, if you choose to.

I fed my chicks dried mealworms as a treat starting about two weeks of age. I also started adding grit to their regular feed.

Pretty early. Are they on chick grit?
if they were with a mother hen out scratching around in the yard, what would they be eating? bet she wouldn't be able to open a bag of medicated feed for them...........just sayin.

yes, you can feed them worms. but, momma hen would also be making sure they were scratching around and finding grit, so make some chick grit available to them. Some of the hatchery websites will say sprinkle grit in the food for the first few weeks, then put it separate, but they'll find it and pick at it as they need it. but goodness sakes go ahead and feed them chicks worms, bugs, grass, veggies.....
