It's hard to tell from that picture, but it almost looks like his foot is all balled up. You have to wonder if he is physically able to mount the hen to mate with her. The hen will lay eggs even if he doesn't, but they will never be fertile. As far as fixing it... I highly doubt it, but would need to see a better picture first to be able to say for sure. I would be wondering why his leg/foot is like that... is it from an injury? disease? genetic defect? without knowing why, I'm not sure I would want to breed from him. Are you wanting this for the other bird you were asking what breed it is? I ask because this looks like another mixed breed bird. I'm not sure what your intentions are for the birds, but if you are ever wanting to sell them or their offspring, remember that it is harder to sell mixed breeds because most people don't want them.

Its from an injury when he was younger. Where i live people like to buy pigeons that look good so they dont care about mixed or pure breeds. My town has mostly mixed breeds . I like breeding pure bred though

I had a pigeon with the same problem that I bought. He never produced any babies but I guess he didn’t spend enough time with his mate since he got taken by a hawk or got lost. I’m going to get another pigeon from the same guy in a few months when his have bred.
