Can I force feed a sick hen?

My hen is in our ICU chicken house right now. We're not sure what's the matter with her. She just seems very lethargic and I don't think she's laying.

She hasn't been eating, either, so I'm wondering if I can force feed her. She is drinking some water, but not much. Can I put stuff in her water? What treats can I feed her to try to get her to eat? Any help is appreciated.

I have force feed by sick chickens, I use katee parrot hand feeding formula and a siringe for baby parrots. you can get thes things at most pet stores. I sit down on the floor with the chicken,hold it and squirt the formula in the left side of the beak.
