Can I give leftover beans to chickens?

I have leftover beans and I was just wondering if they would be ok to give to the chickens. Of course...I won't give them too many. I thought that I read somewhere that dried beans are a no no, but these are cooked. I just hope they don't fart all night!!! I may have to open their window. I had to add that!!

cooked beans are fine. As with anything else, it's wiser not to give them huge unlimited amounts on which they may gorge; but in moderation, sure.
