Can I give VetRX AND Tylan at the same time?

Because it might be viral, I wouldn't treat until it's more than the eye. And actually VetRx is still suitable because inflammation of the eye effects the sinuses that are between the eye and the nasal passages. The eyes drain there and you still want to keep things nice and open.

I'd just boost her immunity, consider not using antibiotics yet especially for the gut issues. I'd go with wheat germ capsules because they contain A for respiratory issues, and E for overall health. And the vetRx. Then bump up her nutrition - make sure she continues to eat, maybe give her some boiled mashed egg yolks and a little yogurt to take care of whatever drains into her digestive system from her sinuses.

Then if anything gets worse, consider the antibiotics. Otherwise I'd wait personally.
