Can I have some good health wishes please?

I am off to the Dr. later today to get the results of alot of blood work that was done two weeks ago.
I got a call yesterday to come in today because my blood was low, indicating anemia

I have had some female issues in the past 3 years or so, involving very long cycles that have landed me in the ER on IV fluids and whatnot.
I also have Chronic Lyme Disease and we'll see today if I tested postive again and need to go another round with multiple antibiotics that really make me sick

I have all the symptoms of anemia. But I just chalked them all up to being anxiety attack symptoms because I just changed my anxiety/anti depressant med.

Hopefully it's a quick fix

I'm really nervous.
