Can I keep male coturnix in a bachelor group or alone?

I have 16 quail currently. Let’s suppose 8 are male and 8 are female. I would keep 4 hen/1 rooster, 4 hen/1 rooster, and that leaves me with 6 roosters.

Could they live in a bachelor group pen? Could they be kept singly or in pairs?

They might be okay in a bachelor pen, but only if they can't see or hear the females. If they have any idea that there are hens around, they'll fight, and they might fight anyways.

Nothing to add, except, take @Nabiki advice and stick to it!....otherwise you'll be in for alot of heartache and headaches.
