Can I keep my ducks with them??

Hi,

I just got a couple of ducklings the other day and we are trying to figure out where to put them when they are adults. Would it be ok to put them with our turkeys and guineas? We let them free range most of the time. Our turkey Mr. Snood also has a swimming pool that he likes to use to cool his feet and we were thinking he could share it with the ducks.

I hard that under no circumstance should you put ducks near Turkeys because one of them can get a disease that is harmless to them, but fetal to the other. Also, I have seen some every nice Turkeys, attack some very kind ducks, they just don't mash well in my experience.

All 3 of my turkeys live with and around my ducks, chickens, and geese....i have never had a problem with having them with my other birds...

thanks for the info you guys! I hope Mr. Snood wont hurt them but hes a pretty gentle giant.

my polish chick chest bumped my ducklings... was the funniest thing in the world. i had to pull them out before he ate them alive.... (the chick)
