My dad is giving me a duck egg that is 7 days behind my chicken eggs. Can I open the incubator after day 18 to turn the duck egg?

Not without compromising your chick eggs to hatch, thats the worst time to be letting out your temps and humidity for the chicks to hatch...my opinion...

I'd not turn the duck egg for those 3 days til your hatch of chicks is finished...
