Of course! She is a beautiful hen!! And that chick is so darn cute!!My lovely softie that is Biscuit, my Orpington x Brahma - this is her first time being a broody mother hen. She hatched her first ever chick today! Here she is brooding away
She is a gentle giant, she lets me pet her when sat on the nest.
She eats out of my hand and will sit on my lap.
She's stern with the other hens when she needs to be but otherwise is very passive.
She is a careful mother, who despite having huge feet, didn't break any of the 12 eggs she was given to hatch out.
