Can I prevent my hen from laying egg with blood in it

My hens have been laying for six months recently one has started laying eggs with blood in it. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

How much blood....pics would help...and how often?
How old is bird....about one year?
Any trauma/stress lately...predator attacks, new birds added, etc?
