Can I put a chick back in with the Hen?

My banty hen hatched 4 chicks within 2 days. 1 chick fell in the water dish and what I thought had drowned. Anyways when I went to pick up the little body, it gave a little shiver of life. So into my shirt it went. He went from a dead chick to a very much alive chick now after 4 days. He is becoming a brat in the house, He wakes me at 12am and then again at 4am. I have a mirror in the box with him. Can I give him back to the mother hen so he can be with his 3 siblings?

depends on the hen. you can put the chick under her at night. every thing might turn out alright will not hurt to try

It would probably would have been better to have put her back under the hen the first night. But........ they are so darn cute and you did save her life! Try slipping her in at night then watch her closely the next morning. Good luck!
