Can I put duck eggs that she is sitting on in incubator when there there about to hatch soon to make them hatch faster

Why would you want to take eggs away from your duck after she has brooded almost to the end? you'll enjoy those ducklings with mama so much.
Plus ducklings aren't going to be hurried any more being in an incubator than under your mama duck and she has perfect temp and humidity.

They are not going to hatch any faster in the incubator then under her, some could argue it would make them go slower, given that you are moving the eggs and transferring into a different environment, humidity/temperature will be different.

No. Leave them alone. Hatching is not a fast or rushed process. It takes time. Placing them in an incubator will NOT speed the process any.
