can I put stall dry , pellets or powder form,on poop board for 3 month old chicks????

Finally got the 3 roos and baby girl out of that piece of blank blankety TSC "hen house"
The nemesis chicken tractor was started back in November before I even obtained any chickens.....It was driving Hubby crazy taking up so much space in the garage... It was based originally on "Fred Fine Fowl "plans, I bought.....
what nightmare.... so we turned the whole top into two rooms>>>>> still a work in progress... It is scooted up next to hdwe cloth and I inch poultry wire covered, two... 5 by 10 feet heavy dog kennels put together... expensive yes.....
I am spoiled by the stall dry... poop board HUbby built in the big chickens separate walk in coop
So hubby added a small poop board to the 3 inch wide two roosts... underneath.....
But with the short coop could not put poop board as far away as the big chickens>>>>>
hey have only been in the pine shavings floor for three nites now>>>>
I need to clean their coop in a few minutes...
But the poop board is only about 2 inches under the roosts.... and a big small. Hubby made a slide out (hurriedly put together )poop tray....
So I have only the powder type" stall dry"......
So do you all think they will try to eat the Stall dry powder ??? I red some chicken owners like the pellets better...
Do you all think the "sillybutts", spoiled 3 month old chicks will eat the stall dry pellets <if I can buy them locally????
I never used pine shavings for them till couple days ago.. I used newspapers ,mostly shredded newspapers..... from the time I brought them home till the other day.... So they tried eating the pine shavings the other nites and days....

I use stall dry for all of my birds as soon as they come out of the brooder. They take a few tastes, and some dust bathe in it right away, but none have ever been harmed by it in my flock. I put them on it at 4-6 weeks, so you should be fine.
