I know they sell those compost tumblers that are off the ground but I don't think I have seen any videos or recommendations to add earthworms.

Earthworms naturally get into my bins (the bottom is open wire mesh) and I have quite a lot of worms at the moment but they'll escape into the surrounding soil once summer gets going, and then return in the fall.
