Can i raise bantam in this aquarium till processing or is it too small?

Hay can harbor mites in it, pine shavings are probably the best way to go, you can get them at any pet store.

I am not talking about meat production i just want to eat them instead of doing a 1 hour car ride to drop them to a guy that will probable eat them anyway...And they have plenty of space for now but when they get little bigger i will get them out and i change the bed everyday so i think its little harsh of you to say i cant take care of them.I know they are bantam but i just want to do something myself in this creepy city.

Most people DO not eat bantams, in fact keeping chickens in a fish tank is just cruel. better they go to someone with a chicken run and chicken coop

Maybe you do not understand what people are saying NO ONE EATS THEM. and they do not have the proper care needed.

I've put shavings tonight and they seem to love it they look like playing and pecking the ground ...I can see they get more feathers everyday and bigger I will try to sell them for exposition when they are big enough and have good looking feathers thanks for all your help guys
