They can be quite difficult to handle, raise, house, and keep from killing each other. If I lived down south where I could have them I probably would, I'm glad I don't. I am quite content with high Spauldings, they are not as cantankerous and still very beautiful.

Why do they kill eachother and you like Spauldings a lot yeah? I was thinking about some spaldings also almost the same beauty for a bit cheaper

yeah, those java males are pure mean...the more pure the worse they are.
Did have one about kill another few years ago .

maybe ill just stick with regular peas then I have never heard anything like that that a pea would kill another pea!
