One of my hen had a little eye irritation and I use an antibiotic eye cream. She started to lay again and is it ok to eat her eggs?
Can I still eat her egg?

Yes, you can eat the eggs. Topical ointments do not enter the bloodstream. Only oral antibiotics do that.
