Can I Stop My Alpha Hen From Pecking The Other Hens On The Roost?

More roost might help.
But the pecking during the RoostTimeRumble is normal.
Let them do their thing.

Post pics of your coop and roosts......and you might get some.
But probably not, it's just how they do.
Also tell us how old these birds are,in weeks or months, and how many of them.
