Can I use API® Fish Problem Solving General Cure

You have to mix 1/3 a pack and give it orally.

How much weight has she lost?
I'm not sure what she weighed prior but her keel bone is pretty dominant feeling. I don't feel much around it, so I can tell she's lost a lot. I noticed it last Oct when she was molting. She had a very big molt and was acting weird. It was my first time dealing with a molt. So when she acted weird I naturally grabbed her and looked her over. When I felt she was thin. But then I read chickens can lose weight when molting so I thought it was that. But then she was losing so much I just knew it wasn't normal. Then I noticed her crop was hard, I gave her olive oil then it soften and got squishy like pudding, I smelled a slight odor and she stopped eating. So I treated for sour crop. Gave monistat and she started to eat. Went back with the others and it felt like she was gaining weight. I started to noticing her poop was off. Was watery green then it turned to a sulfate yellow color, was back and forth like that. She started to have a poor appetite. One day she had a thick yellow poop that stuck all to her feathers. She stopped eating again. I treated for vent gleet with monistat and she started to eat again. Maybe not as much as I think she should but she's being caged so she's not using much energy so maybe thats why. But her poop is not forming, still is green with yellow sulfate color. I treated for coccit too.

Sorry she is so sick. :hugs It's probably not blackhead because they don't usually slowly waste away with blackhead. You could try the API General Cure, but I don't think it will help. If she were mine I would try a Hail Mary and treat with Baytril & tube feed her.

Where would I get Baytril?
It's so weird. She has energy, runs from me, fights me to give meds, so she's not lethargic or listless. I'm confused why the monistat seems to help. Unless it was the LA200
I did a round of LA200 a couple weeks ago right before the monistat. Sometimes I wonder if I should do that again. When I say it helps, she wasn't eating and after doing the treatment she now eats.
She walks around fine, she preens herself. Could it be liver failure for this long? No one else is sick shes been with. She is a mystery and a fighter for sure.

You could try the LA200 again, and start tube feeding.

Which would be better the baytril or LA200?

Also do you think it would be ok to cage her in the coop so she's at least with everyone? I feel bad her sitting in my garage alone. No one else caught what ever she is going through. She's been with them all this time except the last couple weeks.

Baytril is what I would use because it's more effective against e. coli.

She should be someplace that is warm.

Is there a permanent egg with draw with baytril? One link said not approved for chickens used for meat or eggs. Shes a pet but we do eat the eggs.

Shes not laying and hasn't laid one since she molted in oct. I'm just asking incase she gets better and does lay. It's probably jumping to ahead.
