Can i use Petro-Carbo Salve (Watkins) for my ducks dry cracked feet?

I wanted to buy and use Bag Balm but i cant find any place that sells it besides online but i dont want to wait that long.
I was wondering if i could use petro carbo salve. It is medicated. Here is a photo.
Also, should i wrap them after? My bedding is all shavings so it would probably stick to it. But on the back it says do not bandage though.

If I were to use it, I would do so sparingly until I could obtain the Bag Balm. What about plain Vaseline until you could get the Bag Balm ?

i thought of it but petro salve says to gave more pain releiving properties thats why i thought it might be better. i called every grocerie store, hardware store, drugstore and wallmart near me and no one holds bag balm
