Can I use safeguard pellets on chickens? Dosage?

My chickens have roundworm diagnosed by a vet. He said to use safe guard that goes into their water but all I can find is the pellet feed. Only poultry it says it’s for on the packaging it’s for is growing turkeys. Can I use this for my chickens? If so how much do I give them? I tried calling the vet but posting this in the mean time because I want to treat them as fast as possible. Here’s the packaging of the exact one I got, I just really don’t want to screw up.

It's better to dose each bird individually.

You can find Safeguard liquid goat dewormer at stores like TSC or online.

Dose for Roundworms Only is 0.23ml per pound of weight given once, then repeated in 10 days.
