I have a few bottles of Wound Cleanser (for people) I was wondering if I could use on my chickens if they ever have a wound.

It's called:
Skintegrity
Wound Cleanser

Uses:
Gently Cleanses Wounds

Features:
Non-Ionic Surfactant
Physiologically-Compatible

Ingredients:
water,sorbitol,disodium cocoamphodiacetate,lactic acid,
polysorbate 80,triethanolamine,disodium EDTA,methylparaben,
lauryl polyglucose,imidazolidinyl urea.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I've used that a lot at work (RN) and have also used it on my pets. Not chickens, but dogs and cats and I think a goat. It should be fine, you just usually want to flush the little residue with saline or sterile water (or plain water, depending on your situation).
