Can I use Vet RX on chicks?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but is it okay to use vet rx on a one-to-two week chick? I have a little one that is sneezing and sounding a bit gurgly. I fully understand that vet rx won't cure her, only relieve her sypmtoms. Also, what would be the best way to get it into her system? Topically, internally, diffused in the air?
