I raise a flock of Saipan Jungle Fowl, originating in Saipan, where the temperature is an average of 85 F and the humidity around 70%. Would this have an effect on the conditions the chicks hatch at?

I don't know for sure, but I would say yes based on tropical bird eggs being much more tempermental to hatch. I am thinking you have some serious researching to do! [IMG]
