Can ISA Brown males breed?

Isa Browns are sex-links. They are specifically bred to be color-sexed at hatch. Males are a creamy white, and females are gold to red. There's no way to mix them up. By color, that's a girl.

If you did have a RSL rooster, he would breed as enthusiastically and successfully as any other rooster, and easier than some of the heavy feathered breeds. The chicks would be healthy little mongrels of varied colors.

They can breed perfectly fine. I have one and he loves to breed. I have yet to see his chicks.

I agree, and very good egg laying mongrels If I said so my self.

I have a ISA Brown Rooster, I am mating him to my local Easter Eggers and Isa whites(White Leghorns) The F1s are as hardy as the Local chickens but lay very close to the ISA Brown numbers(close to 260-270)

The chick you posted is a pullet, males look plain old light yellow color..

If you had time and some resources you could reverse engineer both parent line(gold RIR line and Dominant White Plymouth Rock type)
