Can leg/hip deformities cause egg binding?

I got my girl because she was the all the rooster's favorite where she was and couldn't be let out of her little coop without fear of injury. She was hatched with twisted toes that never corrected and she walked a little oddly. But she's very sweet and fit right into my girl only group, getting around, eating, drinking, exercising, and laying. Fast forward a year and her walk is more awkward and now I think she's egg bound. I've soaked her in warm water, massaged her under vent area gently, lubricated her with ky jelly, and put her in a dark warm area with nest box. I think this is about all I can do.....I'm headed out to get some calcium nutri drench liquid vitamins.......

I keep a fairly clean coop (they are chickens after all, it's not kitchen table clean), they eat purina layer pellets free choice with oyster shell mixed in, I am making popsicles of layered fruits and veggies in water for the hot weather as treats, I added a second waterer in the run for summer, they free range when it's safe to do so, otherwise the run is 5'x25' not including the coop for 5 hens, I don't think they are crowded. I want to avoid this happening to another girl if I can possibly help it. Is there something I should be doing differently? What about worming? Is that something that should be routine? I've never done it.

The area under vent is completely bloated, she's able to poop very runny poos, and I think I can feel 2! eggs. She is not laying after being soaked twice for 20 minutes at a time. Any thoughts?

Dang! I gave her calcium, they feel like they are in position to be layed - quite close to the vent, but I can't feel them thru the cloaka. I just can't afford to take her to a 200$ appointment especially since everything I read said this is going to continue to happen after it happens once. If she doesn't lay today, I'll have to end her suffering. :(
