My 2 ducklings were born on March 22nd I wanted to know when they can go outside or at least on my enclosed back porch in a cage?

At three weeks old they still can't regulate their body temperature. At this point they need a spot that allows them to warm up. This spot should be at about 75 degrees at their current age. Depending on your climate this may mean you still need to give supplemental heat. You also need to make sure they are in a predator proof cage if you do put them outside.

They are okay without heat when they are fully feathered. This will depend on their growth but generally speaking it is usually around 6 weeks old.
