Can my young beta rooster do his job?

So I have two young roosters and I'm thinking of getting rid of the alpha rooster but the beta rooster is still getting run around by at least one of the hens. Will he grow out of this and be able to fertilize eggs if he's the only one? They are both EE and are about 23 weeks old. Protection is not my concern right now as I don't let them run anyway due to feral cats, coyotes, owl, hawks... you get the picture...

Once the dominant rooster is removed it is very likely that the less dominant rooster will find his mojo.

Slightly older by about a year.

Once the dominant rooster is gone, he still might have to work a bit to earn the older girls respect. But he shouldn't have any problems.
