can not log in

I have similar problems. I can log in with my iPhone app, but not the Android app on my tablet nor on my laptop. It's very frustrating because I use my tablet far more often than my laptop and while it's handy to access the site on my phone, I certainly would much prefer to use my tablet.
This is a very frustrating issue for me as I love BYC. What I end up having to do is look at the site on my tablet and then log in on my phone if I want to post or comment in the forums. Definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Are you able to login to BYC from your Android tablet using the web browser (Chrome)?

I can't log in using Chrome on my Samsung Note 4.

I just tested logging on using a Google Nexus 5 phone and Google Nexus 7 tablet (both android and running Chrome) and was able to login and logout without any problems.

We'll keep looking into this, but so far haven't been able to duplicate the problem.

I can't log in with the BYC app on my Samsung Note 4 or using Chrome on my phone.

I'm having same issue. Cannot login on app which I just downloaded but I can through the Google. Samsung S5 neo.

Same issue here. Just downloaded the app on my Nexus 5X and my login credentials are being rejected. I know the information is correct as I can log into the website on my phone using the same information.

sounds the problem is the app

maybe it's something to do with permissions? android 6.0 allows you to disabled certain permissions for the all apps

I can't log in with android either. I would like to use the app...I would think it would beore convenient

I also cannot log in on my galaxy note. Both the app and through the internet. I just logged in using my kindle fire with no problem, but I use my phone much more often and would prefer to be able to use it.
