i never heard of freeze dried mill worms. but scrambeled eggs yes just dont add butter or oil or anything if you have to spray a little non sticking spray on the pan.also i feed mine dandalions, weeds, grass, lettuce, tomatoes, they eat my garden, feeder fish, feeder crickets, peas, grapes, apples, green beans, cracked corn and i think thats about it.
Live mealworms (Mill worms) are always better than the freeze dried nutrition wise, but it still makes a great treat if you don't want to deal with wiggly worms. Scarmed eggs? I assume you mean scrambled...and yes, they'll love them and are good protein!
I used to go get live crickets and worms from the feed store to feed my Pekins. LOVED THEM! Now we've moved to a place that has crickets, worms, grubs and 'the magic pea producing Lady.'
Found out they don't like anything really, really cold, but love their peas chilly.
