Can pullets crow like this?

The other roosters born with this chick I already culled. They had much bigger combs and were fighting all the time. Can a pullet try to crow like this?

I can't watch the video, but young Pullets simply don't crow. If you have a young bird crowing, it's male.

That's not necessarily true, Hens can in fact crow. It happens most often if you don't have a rooster or had one at some point but had to remove it and one of the dominant hens decides to 'take over' the job even to the point of mounting the other hens. It can also sometimes be caused by a hormonal imbalance. I'm not saying it isn't a male but you should know that, crowing hens do happen.
 
I have heard a few people say that they have heard a pullet Crow or at least try so I didn't know. I've also heard that pullet leghorns can look like Cockrells pretty early on. But I think these guys are Cockrells for sure.
