Can related chickens breed?

Just want to clarify. I hatched BCMS from a breeder. I kept one roo and two hens. I'll assume all had the same father but maybe different mothers. I have eggs hatching from this trio this weekend. I dont plan on re-mating these offsprings with any of the original three. So these chicks should be OK, right? I plan on selling them. I dont want to sell bad or compromized chicks.

I read the other thread that was referenced here and from I've read, if I start with 5 - 6 hens and one roo, I can keep the females and he can breed them when they are old enough without health issues. I guess any males would have to become dinner since they couldn't be sold with the females as breeding pairs.

Am I correct?
