Can roosters raised together live peacefully with just a few hens?

I have 3 roosters for sure, possibly 4. They they were all hatched and raised together. They are 3 months old now and chest bump/spar but not seriously fighting…
I have 4 hens. I have a 9x6 run, 2 coops and another smaller run all attached to the largest run.
Should I try to rehome 2 of the roosters?
I also live in a neighborhood that doesn’t allow crowing :/ I was wishing they maybe just wouldn’t crow. Although one has tried already but it wasn’t very loud (yet).

They are all sweet when we hold them. We held each almost every day since birth.

please give me advice.

I would rehome all your roosters if you are not allowed to have them they will crow. I wouldn't want to start anything with getting on bad side of neighborhood causing problems for you or your other chickens. Besides that it sounds like to few of hens for even 1 rooster they can over breed them causing stress and even hurt hens in smaller coops and runs.

All I am going to say is if you can't have them rehome them.

Will you post very good pics of side profile and combs please?

Multiple roosters engage in "crowing contests", much worse than if you only had one. Those cute little "squeaks" will soon become loud and obnoxious enough for your whole neighborhood to hear. And even if you Could keep a rooster, 4 pullets is not nearly enough for even one randy young cockerel. I understand the truth is not what you hoped to hear, but chickens are a species that require "harems" to exist peacefully; the ratio is approximately 1 rooster for every 12 hens.

I rehomed this guy Snowy. He went to a farm in CT. He was always trying to mount my hen so I’m sure he was a rooster.
Here is Snowy:
