Can she be hurt??

I have a 2 & 1/2 month old standard blue cochin, she is in a mixed flock right now, and my bantam cochin roo's who are 4 months old where seen trying to mate her along with other hens that were their hatchmates. Will this hurt her, and why are the roo's doing this, when none of my hens are ready to breed?

Your roos can't help themselves, they are teenagers.
I'm not 100% sure, but don't think he can hurt them. So I guess this is a bump also.
